Clear expectations for custom production.
These terms describe the current Pryntmart storefront experience. Before commercial launch, they should be reviewed against the actual legal entity, payment providers, production workflow, return policy, operating jurisdiction, and consumer-protection rules that apply to the business.
Using Pryntmart
By accessing or using Pryntmart, you agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service, its security, or other users. You are responsible for the information, files, and instructions you submit.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account. You should notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Custom artwork and intellectual property
You must have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses for artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, text, and other content you upload. By submitting files for production, you grant Pryntmart the limited rights necessary to process, reproduce, inspect, modify for production where appropriate, manufacture, and fulfill your order.
Orders and pricing
Product details, pricing, availability, turnaround times, and promotions may change. An order is not final until it has been accepted and any required payment has been authorized. Obvious pricing or configuration errors may be corrected before production begins.
Artwork review and production
Custom-print products may require artwork review, scaling, color conversion, transparency handling, layout preparation, or other production adjustments. Screen colors and printed colors can vary. Customers remain responsible for approving size, spelling, layout, and submitted artwork before production where an approval step is provided.
DTF and UV DTF products
Application results depend on the substrate, equipment, temperature, pressure, surface preparation, handling, and user technique. Product guidance is provided for convenience and does not replace testing for your exact garment or hard surface.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Carriers, customs, weather, address issues, and events outside Pryntmart's control may affect delivery. Risk of loss and transfer of title are governed by the shipping method and applicable law.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Because many Pryntmart products are custom-made, cancellations, returns, and refunds may be limited once production has started. Verified manufacturing defects, incorrect production, or shipping damage should be reported promptly with order details and supporting photos.
Prohibited content
You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property rights, contains malicious code, or is intended to facilitate fraud, abuse, or other prohibited activity. Pryntmart may refuse or cancel orders that violate these terms or applicable law.
Third-party services
The site may rely on third parties for payments, shipping, hosting, analytics, authentication, and other services. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply to your use of those services.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service and website are provided on an as-available basis. Pryntmart does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect color matching, compatibility with every substrate, or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pryntmart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
Pryntmart may update these Terms & Conditions as the business, service, production methods, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
