Policy overview
Your information, explained clearly.
This policy describes the current storefront approach. Before commercial launch, it should be reviewed against the actual payment providers, analytics tools, marketing systems, hosting environment, fulfillment process, and laws that apply to the business.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, shipping and billing details, account information, support messages, uploaded artwork, and order details. We may also collect device, browser, usage, and transaction-related information when you use the site.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service, process orders, prepare print files, communicate about purchases, provide support, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Artwork and uploaded files
Files you upload for DTF, UV DTF, or other custom-print products may be stored and processed as necessary to prepare, review, manufacture, reproduce, and fulfill your order. You should only upload content you have the right to use.
Payments
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Pryntmart should not store full card numbers unless a compliant payment provider and secure payment architecture are intentionally implemented.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, preferences, analytics, security, and marketing where permitted. You can control cookies through your browser and any cookie controls made available on the site.
Sharing of information
We may share information with service providers involved in hosting, payment processing, production, shipping, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, and customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order records, tax or accounting requirements, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or other controls over certain personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
The service is not intended for children who are not legally able to enter into online transactions in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children contrary to applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their account credentials and devices.
