Upload a finished UV DTF gang sheet at final size. We use the selected physical dimensions to calculate effective DPI and help catch low-resolution files before production.
UV DTF is designed for smooth hard surfaces. Unlike apparel DTF, it uses an adhesive transfer system and does not require heat pressing onto fabric.
Full-color UV DTF transfers with strong adhesive, white ink support, glossy detail, and no heat press required for application.
Best on smooth, clean hard surfaces such as glass, acrylic, metal, coated tumblers, many plastics, and packaging. Always test specialty coatings first.
Clean and dry the surface, position the transfer carefully, press firmly, peel the carrier as instructed, and allow the adhesive to settle before heavy handling.
UV DTF products are produced to order. Production begins after artwork review. Custom printed products are handled case-by-case for replacements.
Use transparent high-resolution artwork whenever possible. Keep fine text and lines large enough for reliable production and application.
