What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, and JPEG files. For best print quality, submit print-ready PDFs with embedded fonts, CMYK color mode, and at least 300 DPI resolution.

Can I preview my design before ordering?

Yes. After uploading your file, our system generates an instant digital proof. You can approve it online or request a physical proof sample for an additional fee.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities vary by product. Business cards start at 50 units, flyers at 25, and banners at 1. Check each product page for exact minimums.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does standard shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after production is complete. Production time depends on product and quantity, typically 2–4 business days.

Do you offer rush or express options?

Yes. We offer next-day and 2-day express production for most products, plus 1–2 day express shipping. Rush options are shown at checkout with pricing.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view live tracking from My Account → Orders.

Billing & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and Stripe-powered digital wallets. We do not accept PayPal or COD at this time.

Are discounts available for bulk orders?

Yes. Volume discounts are automatically applied at checkout. The more you order, the lower your per-unit price. Contact us for custom enterprise pricing.

Returns & Reprints

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as approved, we will reprint it at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. Contact us within 15 days of delivery.

What if I submitted the wrong file?

We print exactly what you submit and approve. If the error is in your file, we cannot offer a free reprint, but we will provide a discount on your replacement order.
